Keepsake Memory Blanket - Single bed size 50' x 79' (120cm x 200cm)

Handmade bespoke, quality keepsake memory blanket made from those cherished baby/child/adult clothing that holds those forever special moments.

These gorgeous handmade keepsake can also make a beautiful gift for your loved ones for any occasion.

If you have items in bags that you are desperate to keep but can't part with, then listen up......I have a solution! 

Almost any item of clothing can be used e.g dresses, pyjamas, baby grows, baby vests, tshirts, shirts and many more.

When choosing your items for your keepsake PLEASE ensure you check the condition of the clothing, please don't send dirty/stained items, if any are found to have any marks on them then they will be returned to you.

The blankets are available in 3 different sizes and requires a particular amount of clothing:

Regular blanket - 22 inches x 34inches ( 56cm x 86cm) requires 12-15 baby clothing items OR 5-8 child/adult clothing

Cot bed/toddler bed - 55 inches x 30 inches (140cm x 70cm) requires 25 baby clothing items OR 12-15 child/adult clothing items

Single bed - 50 inches x 79 inches (120cm x 200cm) requires 40 baby clothing items OR 15-20 child/adult clothing items

Each individual square will be interfaced for sturdiness and once sewn together it will be layered underneath with soft batting and finished with soft fleece for comfort to the final touch.

PLEASE NOTE - when ordering your blanket you can choose the colour of the backing fleece by leaving me a note in the description box at checkout. If you forget to make a choice of fleece, I will pop you an email and give you a total of 7 days to make your choice, if not I will use a default colour of white OR cream. 

HOW IT WORKS.

As mentioned please ensure ALL items are in a good and clean condition.

Plain colours, patterns and logos are great to work with as I do tend to try and get at least 2/3 squares of the items in sequence across the rows on the blanket, so it is IMPORTANT to send the correct required amount.

Please make sure you put your name and order number in within the items so I know who is from to match it up with the correct order as I would absolutely hate to mix it up with somebody else's order!

Once I have received your items I will then inform you that they have arrived safely. I will then aim to have your blanket completed within 14 working days of starting your order.

Each individual order will have its OWN turnaround of 10-14 working days.

Once your item has been completed I will send you an email along with a picture to show you it has been finished and it is on its way to you!

Any leftover items/material can be returned to you for an extra small fee, OR I can pop them to my local charity shop, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO let me know within ONE WEEK of me receiving your items. 

If you DO NOT let me know within those 7 days then any leftovers will be sent elsewhere to be recycled.

All parcels will be sent at one flat rate via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. If you wish to upgrade your delivery then please do get in touch and let me know so we can discuss price and payment.

DISCLAIMER.

While I try and do my absolute very best to perfect your blanket, some of the seems may be 2-4mm slightly out of touch, this will be due to the material moving around whilst under the needle in the sewing machine. Some fabrics are stretchier than others which can sometimes, make it difficult to keep straight. But I will always take my time and put my utter most care into every single one your keepsakes.
